Web developer. Operations manager.
Chief of Staff. Vice Polaris.
Special Tech Team Chairman. The whole thing.
I don’t just ship projects — I build things that hold when it matters most.
I’m Ayo Adeyemi. By profession, I manage live production environments and bridge call communications — the kind of work where clarity under pressure isn’t optional, it’s the job. I carry that same standard into everything I build.
Outside the 9-to-5, I’ve designed and built full web platforms, AI-powered tools, member portals, and organizational infrastructure for fraternity chapters and communities that deserve better than off-the-shelf solutions.
I’m also a Navy veteran, a Midwest-based content creator launching IRL streams on Kick in 2026, and a lifelong student of what it means to lead with intention.
Whether it’s a business that needs a real web presence or a community that needs infrastructure — I build it right the first time.
Full redesign of the Midwest Region website. Immersive star field experience, Polaris beacon treatment, and brand-accurate brown and gold throughout. Built to reflect the gravity of the region.
View Project →Multi-tab operational dashboard for the Midwest Region Polaris. Task management, calendar, delegation playbook, live report builder. Leadership infrastructure, not just software.
View Project →Shared wellness accountability platform. Hydration tracking, rest metrics, national campaign support. Built for Alpha Alpha Omega with architecture to scale across chapters nationally.
View Project →Cloud-synced membership interest tracking platform for fraternity chapters. Desktop, hosted, and mobile PWA versions with authentication and real-time sync. Built with commercial scale in mind.
View Project →I hold three active leadership roles within Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. — Vice Polaris of the Alpha Alpha Omega Alumni Chapter, Chief of Staff for the Midwest Region, and Chairman of the Special Tech Team — a national position within the fraternity. All three carry real weight, and I treat them that way.
My contribution isn’t just showing up — it’s building the digital infrastructure and organizational systems that help chapters function at a higher level.
Real life. Real talk. Unfiltered. No script, no persona, no performance. A Navy veteran, fraternity leader, and builder putting it all on the table — live, in real life, starting 2026.
What it means to serve, to lead, to build from scratch, and to keep going when no one’s watching. Honest conversations about brotherhood, purpose, and the work behind the work.
Have a project, an idea, or a problem that needs solving — I want to hear it.
